Window Supply Company invests in new Aberdeen trade counter to service trade installers in the Northeast
Established in March 2019 Window Supply Company (WSC) has fast become one of the most trusted windows and doors trade suppliers servicing the Aberdeen and Inverness areas. Three years on from opening their original Aberdeen trade counter, the West Lothian based window and door manufacturer invests in a new facility as the company improves and expands their trade counter network.
Having utilised all available space in the previous unit occupied at Burnbank Business Centre, the new branch is more than double the size. The 4,866 square ft warehouse and office space is located within Aberdeen’s largest and most established industrial area, Altens Industrial Estate. Situated just two miles South of Aberdeen city centre, the estate boasts excellent transport links to Aberdeen’s major roadways - ensuring the new branch is easily accessible to its trade customer base.
Located at Unit 5 Ocean Trade Centre, the unit easily accommodates WSC’s expanding customer base and is a fantastic place to welcome both existing and new customers. The facility features a brand-new windows and doors showroom for trade customers to demonstrate their products to clients, with free refreshments available all day in-store. WSC Aberdeen also offers a free skip service, where trade customers can save precious time and money on skip hire by using the free skips provided. Free bespoke marketing support is also available with high quality brochures, flyers and drop cards so trade customers can generate more leads and win more business.
A range of ancillary products will soon be available to ensure trade customers benefit from being able to buy all items required for installations in-store, without the need source from alternative suppliers. The additional space means that Liniar trims that perfectly match the Liniar window system the company manufactures, will also be available in-store.
The relocation of the trade counter is being over-seen by Andrew Robertson, Area Manager Scotland – North. Andrew, who is actively recruiting for new members to join the team says: ‘We have been planning the relocation of the Aberdeen branch for some time now as the team had outgrown the old branch and we now need to add more staff to continually offer the best service and support to our trade customers. Adding trims and ancillary products to our offering in-store will be a huge benefit to trade customers.’
