Window Supply Company strengthens team with new senior hire to support ambitious growth plans

West Lothian based window and door manufacturer Window Supply Company (WSC) bolsters senior team with the appointment of Yvonne Jack as HR Manager. Joining the company at their headquarters in Livingston, Yvonne will be responsible for all aspects of human resources and will streamline the company’s HR policies, procedures and recruitment strategy to support the company’s significant growth and expansion plans.

With over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of human resources, Yvonne brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and best practices from a career history which has spanned both the retail and construction sectors.

Yvonne started her HR career with M8 Group - the parent company for ecommerce retailers Petplanet.co.uk and Greenfingers.com. In the role of Site Manager, which incorporated the HR function, Yvonne was responsible for the day to day running of 8 warehouses and set up, managed and developed a call centre for a team of 24 staff. Following that, Yvonne secured the role of HR Supervisor with leading UK fashion giant Primark with a primary focus on staff engagement and development.

From there Yvonne moved into the construction sector joining Stevenswood (later to become Polyframe) as HR Manager. A stand-alone role, Yvonne was responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function before moving to construction company M PACT Group Ltd. Here Yvonne improved absence from over 8% to 4% in just a three-month period.
